Founder & Producer
Nadzeya Ilkevich is a creative producer, educator and program leader with hands-on, end-to-end experience across media, civic education and cultural initiatives. Over more than a decade she has led 20+ international projects and built cross-border partnerships that turn creative production into community building and artistic expression — delivering 700+ events, 100+ video productions, 5+ online and hybrid educational programs, and raising €800k+ from international donors and local partners to implement her projects.
